The story
The future doesn't start from scratch.
Before AI House, this place already brought together founders, builders and communities. Over 12 months, Serena hosted gatherings, classes, conversations and celebrations. AI House Brasil is the next chapter: turning that daily proximity into a permanent base for building, testing and taking AI to market.
More than 80 events and 8,000 unique visitors made Serena a recognized space among founders, tech leaders and the technology community.
Brazil has talent, companies and demand for AI. What was missing was a neutral, lasting place where founders could build close to partners and markets.
AI House Brasil connects residency, community, content, capital and companies in an environment that continues after an event ends.

Open House: November and December 2026
Build together before the first cohort.
In November and December, our Open House will bring together events, access to the space, content, and individual and group mentoring. Spending time together will help us meet, identify and qualify the founders who could join the inaugural cohort.
The first cohort starts in January 2027 with 10 startups. A journey to build alongside other founders, experts and companies with real challenges in adopting artificial intelligence.
